- Panic Away affiliates are not to post to any forum or newsgroup in an attempt to promote Panic Away. The only circumstance this is allowed is if the affiliate is already an established member of a forum/newsgroup and can add their affiliate link to their signature.
- No affiliate should register for online services using Panic Away’s contact details e.g. email address. Where this occurs ClickBank will be notified and the affiliate’s account will be suspended.
Promoting via Email: Use of my affiliate program in conjunction with any form of spam, rented email lists or anything other than your own opt-in customers who have an established relationship with you, is not allowed.
Promoting via eBay: Resale of my materials in conjunction with eBay or any other auction sites is also strictly forbidden. Such use – either via auction sites or abuse or misuse of e-mail – will result in termination of your account.
Content: Affiliates must only use their own original content or that provided in the affiliate area to promote Panic Away. URL framing is not allowed. Framing means setting your URL in place of Panic Away’s when the user is actually on www.panicaway.com.
Affiliates should not fabricate false success stories but base their promotion material on reviews of the course.
