In another attempt of mine to prove that we are all basically riding in the same boat around here..... I want you to list the top 5 Anixety/Panic issues that you deal with...that if you could make go away.... you would be "cured" For me (in no particular order) 1) Dizziness 2) Heavy head/mild headache/tricks with vision 3) Constant checking in with my Beathing 4) Constant pulse checking for a "irregular beat" 5) Depersonalization 1: lack of courage to eat around others (except husband & son), 2: fear of using hands publicly (eating and signing) 3:avoiding get togethers or invitations 4: never feeling 100% calm or rested 5: worrying what others think (am i noticeably acting strange, etc) |

It's amazing isn't it - all of us walking around with these really, really similair fears. I bet none of us have ever actually passed out either, or thrown up as a result (I hope at least) Probably all thinking we're the only ones at our work place/shopping centre/gym feeling that way. It sounds so simple to just stop worrying about it all! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

1) fear of dying 2) checking in 3) racing heart 4) "weird" feeling 24/7 5) not being able to live daily life in fear of something terrible happening This is so familiar to me, I really find it hard to enjoy things as the constant fear of what is going to happen in the future stops me. I think about life and the fact that it can be taken from you so quickly alot. My brathing is my other problem, but that has been fine the past four days, I feel like I finally have that under control. I f I could just get over this fear of death thing I would be much better. This time last year I was a different person so I know I can get back there! |

I'm simple (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
I've forgotten loads, my memory is in shreds (mainly because I spent many years numbed out with diazepam) Nowadays I forget what I'm going to say before I readch the end of a sentence, sometimes before I een start it! Then I start rambling haha, yes ppl comment and I tell them not to be so bloody rude, I dont assasinate their character and expect the same respect back - so there -------------------- Don't believe everything you think
Avoid avoiding ! |
