Hi all. I've been doing this lately to change my emotional reaction to the horrible sensations. As I feel them rising I acknowledge them and then visualise throwing myself off a stage into a crowd of dancing people on the dancefloor, the crowd dancing being the anxious sensations at their worse. I am happy and exhilirated by the experience, allowing the crowd to bounce me all over the room. I am having the time of my life. Strange I know but it does something in a defiant way for me. Take care all of you. X
