Its been a long week! Starting on Wednesday I started driving again and so far successfully! It's been a different experience than my previous experiences driving with anxiety and panic attacks...I couldn't figure out why I wasn't having a problem with driving! May have turned a corner, started feeling different about a week ago and attempted driving out of curiosity. I know I may have set backs but my goodness does it feel great to have some freedom and independence!

Well done! All that fear over something you didn't fear eh?

I did the same thing today, drove up the dual carriageway and didnt even notice it until I'd done it and looked back, what was I fearing? Who knows, cos I certainly wasn't fearing it today!!
