Do I receive a hardcopy in the post?

The Panic Away program is in electronic format – it is an ebook which you read on your computer, or print out if you prefer. We do not send out printed copies in the post.
The audio files are also downloadable MP3 files, that you can listen to on your computer, MP3 player (iPod etc) or burn to CD. If you have any trouble accessing the material please contact us at the email address provided below for prompt assistance.

I lost my link to download. How can I access it again?

If you have lost your download link then please email us to retrieve it again.

Type “lost link” in the subject field and we will locate your order and reply promptly with your download link.

How do I access the bonus course material?

The bonus course material is accessed on the same download page as the ebook. You need to scroll to the bottom of the page to access the audio recordings as well as the video presentations. If you have lost your download link then please email us as per the above instructions.

How do I access the one to one coaching?
